I do not have anything bad to say about them! They have been absolutely fantastic and made our house move smooth and easy. I was dreading moving house with my 2.5years old twins, but City Removals made the whole experience abosolutely stress free. They were punctual, extremely professional, polite, kind and very helpful. The team we had was very hard working (and that was on Saturday and Sunday!), and they never complained about anything. No scratch on the walls, no furnitures damaged… not a single problem to report. On the Sunday (the actual moving day) it was raining a lot, and the new house had beige carpets all over. The three members of team removed their shoes every single time they walked in the house, without us asking! Absolutely nothing got dirty. A week or so after the move, I called to enquire whether they would collect the empty boxes from us, and they sent someone just a few hours later. I could not recommend more this company, and will most definitely use them again next time!
